IGF1-LR3 10mg is a long-acting insulin-like growth factor analogue for muscle-building signalling and nutrient partitioning. It is a performance-oriented pen for users focused on lean tissue goals and training adaptation.
LR3’s extended profile is why it shows up in hypertrophy conversations versus shorter native IGF-1 style approaches.
IGF1-LR3 supports muscle-cell growth signalling and how nutrients are directed toward lean tissue:
- Popular around training blocks where hypertrophy and recovery matter
- Extended activity means timing and dose discipline matter — more is not automatically better
- Nutrient partitioning works best when protein and training stimulus are already in place
Respect blood-sugar awareness (have a plan if you feel hypo-like symptoms), use precise clicks, and refrigerate the pen. This is an advanced tool — treat it with care.
- Hypertrophy and recomposition goals
- Advanced performance users
- People who want pen convenience over vials
- Allergy; pregnancy; breastfeeding; under 18
- Discuss with a clinician if you have metabolic or oncology concerns
Use carefully measured clicks. More is not always better — respect tolerance and timing around meals/training.
Follow these steps every time for a clean, consistent dose:
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Prepare a clean, flat surface.
- Check the pen: confirm the product name/strength on the label, check the expiry if shown, and inspect the liquid through the window. Do not use if it looks wrong for that product.
- Attach a new sterile needle from the tray. Peel the seal, push/twist the needle onto the pen firmly until secure, then remove the outer and inner caps.
- Prime if needed (first use or if you see air): dial 1–2 clicks, point the needle upward, and press until a tiny drop appears at the tip. Reset the dial to zero.
- Dial your dose carefully to the exact number of clicks in your plan. Do not force the dial past its stop.
- Choose and clean the site (typically abdomen or thigh). Wipe with an alcohol swab and let it air-dry — do not fan or blow on it.
- Inject: pinch a small fold of skin if needed, insert the needle at a 45–90° angle, and press the injection button/end steadily until the dose is fully delivered. Hold for a few seconds before withdrawing.
- Withdraw the needle straight out. Do not rub the site hard — a light dab is enough if needed.
- Dispose of the needle immediately in a proper sharps container. Never reuse needles. Recap the pen.
- Rotate injection sites each day (left/right abdomen or thigh) to reduce irritation and bruising.
- Return the pen to the fridge right after use.
Low blood sugar sensations, site irritation, or unusual fatigue can occur. Seek help if severe.
- Always store in the fridge (approximately 2–8°C).
- Never freeze the pen, spray, or vial.
- Keep the cap / seal on when not in use.
- Protect from direct sunlight and heat — do not leave in a car or near windows.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use if expired, or if the liquid looks cloudy, discoloured (beyond what is normal for that product), or contains unexpected particles.
