MOTS-c 10mg is a mitochondria-derived peptide for endurance, cellular energy, and metabolic performance. It is for active people who want more “go” — training output, daily stamina, and metabolic flexibility — in a simple disposable pen.
MOTS-c sits at the intersection of mitochondrial energy and metabolic signalling:
- Associated with how cells produce and use energy during demand
- Popular in endurance and performance stacks where fatigue resistance matters
- Often timed around training blocks or high-output workdays
Think of it as cellular fuel-system support. Pair with smart conditioning, carbs around hard sessions if you train, and sleep. Start with moderate clicks, assess energy and recovery for a week, and always fridge-store the pen.
- Endurance and performance routines
- Energy and anti-fatigue focused users
- Metabolic optimisation stacks
- Allergy; pregnancy; breastfeeding; under 18
Use on a consistent schedule around training or daily energy goals. Start moderate.
Follow these steps every time for a clean, consistent dose:
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Prepare a clean, flat surface.
- Check the pen: confirm the product name/strength on the label, check the expiry if shown, and inspect the liquid through the window. Do not use if it looks wrong for that product.
- Attach a new sterile needle from the tray. Peel the seal, push/twist the needle onto the pen firmly until secure, then remove the outer and inner caps.
- Prime if needed (first use or if you see air): dial 1–2 clicks, point the needle upward, and press until a tiny drop appears at the tip. Reset the dial to zero.
- Dial your dose carefully to the exact number of clicks in your plan. Do not force the dial past its stop.
- Choose and clean the site (typically abdomen or thigh). Wipe with an alcohol swab and let it air-dry — do not fan or blow on it.
- Inject: pinch a small fold of skin if needed, insert the needle at a 45–90° angle, and press the injection button/end steadily until the dose is fully delivered. Hold for a few seconds before withdrawing.
- Withdraw the needle straight out. Do not rub the site hard — a light dab is enough if needed.
- Dispose of the needle immediately in a proper sharps container. Never reuse needles. Recap the pen.
- Rotate injection sites each day (left/right abdomen or thigh) to reduce irritation and bruising.
- Return the pen to the fridge right after use.
Mild site reactions or temporary energy shifts. Seek help if severe.
- Always store in the fridge (approximately 2–8°C).
- Never freeze the pen, spray, or vial.
- Keep the cap / seal on when not in use.
- Protect from direct sunlight and heat — do not leave in a car or near windows.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use if expired, or if the liquid looks cloudy, discoloured (beyond what is normal for that product), or contains unexpected particles.
