| Name | PT-141 10mg Disposable Pen |
| Also known as | Bremelanotide |
| Strength | 10mg |
PT-141 (Bremelanotide) 10mg is a melanocortin peptide for libido and sexual wellness. It is for people who want desire-pathway support — not only blood-flow mechanics like classic PDE5 approaches.
The disposable pen makes as-needed or planned use straightforward with click control.
PT-141 works on central melanocortin receptors linked to sexual desire and arousal signalling:
- Desire-first pathway — complementary to (not identical to) vascular approaches
- Effects and timing are individual; many users trial a low click count first to assess flushing/nausea sensitivity
- Hydration and not stacking aggressive stimulants blindly helps tolerability
Use with intention, communicate with partners, and seek clinical advice if you have cardiovascular concerns. Fridge-store the pen between uses.
- Libido and sexual wellness goals
- People wanting a pen-format option
- Users exploring melanocortin pathways
- Allergy; pregnancy; breastfeeding; under 18
- Cardiovascular concerns — speak to a clinician first
Use as needed ahead of intimacy per your personal plan. Start low to assess flushing or nausea sensitivity.
Follow these steps every time for a clean, consistent dose:
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Prepare a clean, flat surface.
- Check the pen: confirm the product name/strength on the label, check the expiry if shown, and inspect the liquid through the window. Do not use if it looks wrong for that product.
- Attach a new sterile needle from the tray. Peel the seal, push/twist the needle onto the pen firmly until secure, then remove the outer and inner caps.
- Prime if needed (first use or if you see air): dial 1–2 clicks, point the needle upward, and press until a tiny drop appears at the tip. Reset the dial to zero.
- Dial your dose carefully to the exact number of clicks in your plan. Do not force the dial past its stop.
- Choose and clean the site (typically abdomen or thigh). Wipe with an alcohol swab and let it air-dry — do not fan or blow on it.
- Inject: pinch a small fold of skin if needed, insert the needle at a 45–90° angle, and press the injection button/end steadily until the dose is fully delivered. Hold for a few seconds before withdrawing.
- Withdraw the needle straight out. Do not rub the site hard — a light dab is enough if needed.
- Dispose of the needle immediately in a proper sharps container. Never reuse needles. Recap the pen.
- Rotate injection sites each day (left/right abdomen or thigh) to reduce irritation and bruising.
- Return the pen to the fridge right after use.
Flushing, nausea, headache, or temporary blood-pressure changes can occur. Seek help if severe.
- Always store in the fridge (approximately 2–8°C).
- Never freeze the pen, spray, or vial.
- Keep the cap / seal on when not in use.
- Protect from direct sunlight and heat — do not leave in a car or near windows.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use if expired, or if the liquid looks cloudy, discoloured (beyond what is normal for that product), or contains unexpected particles.
